Located in close proximity to the Port of Genoa, Galata is the largest museum of its kind in the Mediterranean, and you’ll stumble upon many reconstructed ships, original artifacts, and even a moored submarine while roaming its grounds.
Neptune Replica
Most kid-friendly attractions in Genoa are connected to the city’s nautical past, and that also happens to be the case with this one. It’s a ship replica of a 17th-century Spanish galleon of the same name, originally built for the 1985 movie Pirates.
