The Glockenspiel at Marienplatz is a unique show that features 32 life-sized figures re-enacting two famous stories from Munich history. The first story focuses on the marriage of Duke Wilhelm V and Renata of Lorraine, while the second shows Schäfflertanz (The Coopers’ Dance). You can catch the 15-minute show for free every day at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. An additional 5 p.m. show is added in the summer.
