Here are some items you shouldn’t forget if you want to enjoy your trip to Walt Disney World.

Don’t forget to pack two pairs of comfortable shoes because you are sure to do plenty of walking. Nothing will ruin your trip faster than sore, blistered feet.

If one pair gets wet from going on a ride or getting caught in a shower, you can change into the other pair. You can alternate pairs to keep them fresh.

Pack a raincoat or poncho. There’s a possibility of afternoon showers in summer. In the winter, a fleece-lined raincoat is great on chilly mornings and evenings.

It’s always helpful having a poncho to wear on rides – they do sell them there but bringing your own is cheaper. Remember to bring your own beach towel too, if you plan on getting wet on any of the rides.

With the heat and all the walking, it’s essential to stay hydrated. Take a water bottle along and keep filling it up for free all around the grounds.

Sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses will protect you from the hot Florida sun. Your hat should have a wide brim and you will need to make sure your sunscreen is properly applied.
