Summer is just over the horizon, which means that vacation planning has begun! Some are looking for low-key breaks, while others, according to Google Flights, have grand destinations on their minds.

The search engine analyzed data from December 22 to March 22 and found that most Americans fancy Europe for this upcoming season.

The top destination between June and August?

London, UK.

The English capital proved to be the most popular place, followed by Cancun in Mexico; Paris, France; Orlando in the United States; and the Italian capital of Rome.

With 4 out of 5 destinations being outside of the US, it’s safe to say that international travel is definitely back on the cards.

Google’s data also showed that travelers have become more interested in taking solo trips. Cruises for one and venturing alone as a woman all proved to be popular queries, with searches for solo traveling growing by 120%.

Where are these solo travelers headed? Japan; New Orleans in the States; Iceland; Mexico’s capital, Mexico City; and Italy.

That’s not to say that everyone wants to travel on their own. Couples searching for romantic locations had their eye on Jamaica; Bora Bora; Turks and Caicos; the Maldives; and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
