If there’s one thing we’ve missed more than just about anything else this year it’s traveling. With all of the restrictions and borders closed, we weren’t able to go abroad over the past year and our travel bug is itching. But now that things are opening up again, it’s time to take that much-needed vacation. If you’re anything like us, you may be a bit nervous about traveling since it’s been a while since you’ve done it. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered on how to effortlessly return to traveling.

Masks are Required

Masks are mandatory for everyone at the airport and on the plane—it doesn’t matter if you’re vaccinated or not. Additionally, some countries still require masks, so make sure you pack a bunch with you and you have ones that are comfortable to wear for hours on a long flight.

Prioritize Sleep

Keeping to a sleep schedule is hard when you’re traveling, but it can help you make the most of your time away from home and it can prevent you from getting sick. The last thing you want to deal with on your vacation is being jet-lagged or sleep-deprived.

Pack Mindfully

Chances are you’re a bit rusty when it comes to packing, so don’t fall into the old trap of packing too much. Before you put things into your suitcase, make a list of everything you want to pack, which should include clothing, beauty products, documents, electronics, and chargers.
