By now, it’s likely you’ve seen the Barbie movie. The blockbuster, starring Margot Robbie, has already accumulated $1 billion at the box office, making Greta Gerwig the first female director to do so.

The film is set in Barbieland, where the dolls live in lavish Dreamhouses, enjoy the sunshine, and bring every little girl’s fantasy to life. And thanks to Mattel, that may soon be more than a fantasy…

The manufacturing company behind the iconic character plans to open an adventure theme park in 2024.

The 9-acre park will be situated in Glendale, Arizona and feature a Barbie World where visitors can spend time at the Barbie Beach House and take a peek into her iconic wardrobe. The Dream Closet Experience will allow fans of all ages to curate Barbie’s wardrobe through holographic technology, and they will be able to watch the icon’s journey in the Barbie flying theater.

The visit would not be complete without sipping a few pink drinks on the Barbie Rooftop while enjoying snacks and admiring the view.

The opening date for the Mattel Adventure Park has yet to be announced, but you can bet we’ll be there in pink when it does!
