Museum lovers will feel right at home in Stockholm because this city happens to be home to countless attractions of this kind. They cover everything from art and history to science and technology, but some of the museums in the Swedish capital happen to be pretty unique and specific—including these three.

Vasa Museum

Vasa Museum is one of Stockholm’s most popular landmarks, and you don’t have to be a naval history nerd to be crazy about it. This museum is best known for putting the historic ship Vasa on full display and giving it another chance to shine after it ended up sinking on its maiden voyage in the 17th century.

Museum of Spirits

If you’re looking for an attraction that’s a museum and bar wrapped into one, it doesn’t get much better than the Museum of Spirits. Its exhibits are dedicated to exploring the history and culture of alcohol in Sweden, but you can also visit a bar and an art gallery on its grounds.

ABBA The Museum

ABBA is one of the most iconic musical acts to come out of Sweden, so it’s not a surprise to see there’s an entire museum dedicated to their legacy in Stockholm. It features everything from interactive exhibits and memorabilia to the dance floor and studio.
