If you’re somebody who both likes to travel the world and stay fit, you may be familiar with the fit traveler’s dilemma.

As you’re globetrotting, you’re tasting lots of delicious, exotic foods—potentially consuming more calories than you would back home. At the same time, you don’t have access to gyms like you’re used to.
