International Rose Test Garden
Portland is sometimes referred to as the “City of Roses”, and this garden in Washington Park proves it deserves this nickname. It’s the oldest continuously operating public rose test garden in the US, and it houses around 10,000 rose bushes, covering around 650 different varieties.
