]]>Named for their address at HaArba St. 16 (HaArba translating to “four”) this restaurant is a paradise for anyone looking for a rich and indulgent meal. HaHatul HaYarok as it’s known in Hebrew, meaning, “The Green Cat,” is an entirely vegan pizza restaurant located on Levontin St. Unlike other pizza places who often use pre-made soy-based cheese substitutes, this restaurant makes their own cheese daily out of cashews. This restaurant is very vegetable-forward and doesn’t offer too much in the way of imitation meats and cheeses, and instead lets the produce shine on its own.
