Eat Breadfruit

Breadfruit, what’s that? It’s a plant that’s popular in the Philippines, New Guinea and even the Caribbean. It’s a well-loved dish in Seychelles and can be eaten in multiple ways. From frying breadfruit and pairing it with rice to boiling it and eating it on its own. The locals say that people who eat breadfruit will always return to the islands. If that’s the case, munch away!
