You Can Now Rent the Yacht from “Knives Out: Glass Onion” to Go Sailing Around the Mediterranean

In 2019, filmgoers were introduced to Benoit Blanc, a private detective with unusual methods. As the main character in Knives Out, the brilliant, yet unconventional, P.I. was tasked with investigating the murder of a wealthy novelist who died at his 85th birthday party.

The majority of the movie was filmed in a mansion in Massachusetts. Its sequel, Knives Out: Glass Onion, is set on a Greek island, but it opens on a lavish yacht owned by a tech billionaire who soon finds himself dead. The 151-foot vessel is named Aquarius and is actually available for private charter in real life—as long as you have $228,000 to spend a week.

Although the amount is a fortune to fork out, those who do so will be privy to Aquarius’s five extravagant cabins, as well as a variety of entertainment. The stateroom on the main deck features a king-sized bed, two balconies, an office, and an en suite bathroom; while the cabins on the lower deck include three double staterooms and a twin cabin.

When not resting, guests can enjoy the yacht’s jacuzzi, gym and exercise equipment, paddle boards, water skis, wakeboard, and snorkeling equipment.

Each charter around Turkey is accompanied by a 9-member crew, including real-life captain Ali Göksoy who earned a cameo in the film as the ship’s captain, Andiano.
