Berlin is known, among other things, for the excellent markets it offers. Among them, you can find dedicated markets for clothes, fabrics, flea markets, antique markets, as well as excellent local farmer’s markets. 

Here are 3 Berlin farmer’s markets, we especially like.

The Turkish Market

In the fashionable and young Kreuzberg neighborhood, there is an excellent farmer’s market taking place every Tuesday and Friday, with lots of fresh vegetables, special delicacies, and Turkish pastries.

The Weekend Market In Friedrichshain

Every Saturday, a farmer’s market takes place in Boxhagener Square, where the locals get fresh products for the weekend. Among other things, you can find fish stalls, cheese, vegetables, and cakes.

Marheineke Markthalle

In the beautiful Bergmann neighborhood in south Berlin, you can find a large indoor market offering vegetables, fresh fruit, natural juices, and lots of great food stalls of various kinds. The place has a bar, where you can sip a beer, and it is a great place to shop on a rainy weekend.
