If you’re a passionate architecture lover, you’ll probably feel right at home in Kuwait. This Western Asian country will knock you off your feet with its architectural diversity, and you’ll especially like it if you happen to be a fan of contemporary architecture since it’s home to some pretty spectacular towers.

Kuwait Towers

One of the most enduring symbols of Kuwait, this group of three slender towers is impossible to miss when you’re observing the city’s skyline. Dazzling, blue-tiled towers will win you over with their spectacular exterior, but the real magic happens when you step inside and discover the revolving viewing sphere.

Liberation Tower

The symbol of Kuwait’s liberation from Iraq, this tower was built in 1993 and it’s been standing tall at 372 meters ever since. It’s not publicly accessible because it’s actually a telecommunications tower, but seeing it from the outside is all it takes to be wowed by it.

Al Hamra Tower

Al Hamra Tower may not be Kuwait’s main landmark, but that’s not stopping it from holding the record as the tallest building in the entire city. You’ll spot it right away thanks to its unique design with wrapped glass surfaces, and you should make sure to check out the gigantic shopping center inside it.
