Craft Beers

Belgium beers are often very strong but always very good. You should ask for recommendations before starting to drink. Take a tour of a local brewery to find out more about the brewing process.

Bruges

Bruges in Belgium is often called ‘the Venice of the North’. Cruising along a canal is a great way to see the dramatic buildings of the city or to relax after sightseeing.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BhV8w1vnaE4/?tagged=brugesbelgium

Dare to visit one of the more eccentric venues in Bruges. The Lucifernum, where you can have a drink, listen to live music and watch performance art, used to be a Masonic temple. Freemasons are interred in a cemetery on the grounds.

Waterloo

Waterloo was the site of Napoleon’s final defeat. Visit the town and climb up Lion’s Mound for a view of the battlefield. It’s not a difficult climb and history buffs will love the experience.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BdNTzaxlLfr/?tagged=waterloobelgium

Mannekin Pis

You can’t go to Belgium without visiting the Mannekin Pis. This bronze statue of a small boy taking a wee is well-known throughout the world. Tourists love it although it’s not a big deal to residents.

Doel

Be inspired by the street art in Doel. The village is dying but street artists have created colorful art on the crumbling buildings. It’s a dystopian but fascinating sight.

Well, we’ve done the research for you and put together perfect outfits for any type of weather. We checked up on jet-setters who are seasoned packers, and we’ve found different outfit ideas for whatever weather you’re expecting: cold, moderate, or warm.

Have a look at what we’ve put together to help you build your travel wardrobe. Let’s say you’re going somewhere warm. We’ve lined up some gorgeous little numbers for you, from off-the-shoulder outfits to skimpy, silky tops with denim shorts.

There’s lace, florals, and stripes galore, so there’s no excuse for wardrobe boredom this season. If you’re going somewhere a little more moderate (say 60 to 70 degrees), we’ve got the perfect in-between weather outfits for you.

Think a ruffle dress with boots, or great fitting jeans and a lightweight, long-sleeved top. Or if you’re going somewhere a little chillier, what about that wardrobe staple, the leather jacket, or a cozy coat to keep you warm.

There are so many beautiful beach towns in Florida that it’s hard to choose which one to visit. We’ve taken the guesswork out of choosing with 3 of our favorites.

Key Biscayne

The sophisticated island village of Key Biscayne is home to the famous 19th Century Cape Florida Lighthouse, lying between the Crandon Park and the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park.

Think mangroves, birdlife, turtles and more. It’s conveniently close to Miami but feels as if you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of city living.

Captiva Island

This island is situated in Lee County, southwest Florida, just north of Sanibel Island in the Gulf of Mexico. It’s a zany place, with golf carts the main source of transportation and not a traffic light in sight.

During the Captiva Luminary ceremony, locals light candles across the length of the island to mark the start of the holiday season.

Vero Beach

If you love nature or eco-adventures, this east coast destination is the place to be. There are miles of pristine beaches to walk on, and even protected wildlife preserves. The main street is filled with galleries, cafes, and a vintage market.

Everyone has to witness the magnificence of New England in the fall at least once in their lives. The good news is that it’s surprisingly affordable. Here’s a taste of affordable New England vacation destinations.

Dover, Vermont

This Mount Snow Valley location is known for its summer and winter beauty, but it’s gorgeous in the fall. You can take a chairlift to check out the view from Mount Snow, or simply go on a drive to witness the beautiful red, gold, yellow, and orange foliage all around you.

The Berkshires, Massachusetts

The rural beauty of this area is spectacular in the Fall. Visit natural preserves at October Mountain State Forest or Beartown State Forest, and take in all those glorious colors.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BCsni3MlkeP/?tagged=theberkshiresmassachusetts

Bar Harbor, Maine

Make the charming town of Bar Harbor your base as you hike through the nearby Acadia National Park. The foliage is at its most colorful in mid-October.

Lincoln, New Hampshire

Apart from spectacular mountain views, the Lincoln area offers everything from hiking to poolside relaxation. Hike the Appalachian Trail or the Flume Gorge, or take a gondola up the side of a mountain for a 360-degree view.

The U.S. has some spectacular sailing destinations. If you love the freedom and adventure of sailing, you may want to test out the following three locations.

Key West in Florida is well known for its coral reefs and clear blue water. This picturesque destination offers incredible sunsets and a chance to learn legends of hidden treasure and pirates.

See sea turtles, birds and dolphins as you sail from island to island. You may even choose to stay all-year round, living on your boat and enjoying the warm waters.

The constant changing of the wind makes sailing in Hawaii challenging. Many different winds whip around the islands but if you’re up to braving them, you will enjoy some breathtaking views when sailing in Maui, Hawaii.

You will have an opportunity to enjoy the warm sun and surf and your sailing skills are sure to be tested.

Sail away from the buzz of the city to the Channel Islands in California. Sailing to Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, Anacapa or San Miguel is a popular activity for many sailing enthusiasts. You will experience golden sands, clear water, and pretty harbors.

You will have a chance to explore caves, see seals and whales and have an unforgettable sailing adventure.

There’s nothing like the open road to make you feel the joy of freedom, so why not plan a great American road trip this vacation?

Route 66

Probably the most famous road in American, Route 66 connects Chicago with Santa Monica. Take in the Missouri Botanical Garden and the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. Then visit the Meramec Caverns for a guided cave tour.

Don’t miss the Oklahoma Route 66 Museum, or the Cadillac Ranch in Texas. The Meteor Crater in Arizona is breathtaking, and a visit to Los Angeles is mandatory.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bh8KUSZHsgl/?tagged=route66

Pacific Coast Highway

A trip on California’s Pacific Coast Highway will provide you with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and access to many beachside towns.

From Hearst Castle, the former residence of newspaper baron William Randolph Hearst, to Pfeiffer Beach with its purple sands, this route offers hiking, shopping, wine tasting, the Golden Gate Bridge, and much more.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bh8JxtYh0Aj/?tagged=pacificcoasthighway

The Overseas Highway

This scenic stretch linking Miami with Key West, all along the Florida Keys, promises a picturesque trip. Snorkeling, SCUBA diving in coral reefs, cold brews, the Seven Mile Bridge, and the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum in Key West are all unmissable.

Enter the magical world of under the ocean this vacation by booking a snorkeling vacation to Hawaii. You’re likely to find plenty of fascinating marine life wherever you go, so the opportunities for snorkeling are almost endless.

But if you’re serious about finding the best places to snorkel in Hawaii, we’ve assembled a few of the top places to go.

Snorkel in a crater

The tiny island of Molokini lies 25 miles off the south coast of Maui. It is actually a volcanic crater that has become partially submerged. The variety of marine life to be seen in this marvel of a snorkeling destination has to be seen to be believed.

Snorkel with sharks

Take a trip to Shark’s Cove in Oahu if you’re the brave kind. Fins are advised, and beginners are discouraged from trying this spot because of strong currents.

Snorkel Kauai

Tunnel’s Beach is a hidden wonder that’s a little bit of a secret, but it offers some of Kauai Island’s best snorkeling. If you dive down a bit, you’ll also discover fascinating underwater caverns.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BRcjoI3Fdlq/?tagged=snorkelkauai

Snorkel a nature preserve

Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve is one of the greatest snorkeling destinations Hawaii has to offer. The pristine waters ensure the adventure of a lifetime. Get there at high tide to avoid injuring yourself on the coral that is exposed at low tide.
