There isn’t a built-in path that allows one to access the sign itself—and by that, we mean actually standing next to it and touching it. If you want to do that, you’d need to hike up a steep incline of trees, bushes, and shrubbery. But this isn’t encouraged, and it’s not particularly easy to do.
However, what you can do is drive to a location that’s pretty darn close. In fact, there is a built-in vantage point that encourages tourists to flock to. This requires you to drive pretty high up the mountain, albeit not all the way there.
