Fall is officially here, and one of our favorite places to visit this time of year is Paris. The weather hasn’t yet turned cold enough that it’s uncomfortable to be outside, and the city’s architecture makes for a beautiful backdrop for a colorful palette of changing leaves. While Paris has plenty of Airbnbs for travelers in search of accommodation, there are also a number of boutique hotels with a certain je-ne-sais-quoi that we feel makes visiting the city even more enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip to the City of Light any time soon, consider checking out (or checking into) one of these hotels:

Hôtel Maison Mère

Hôtel Maison Mère translates to “Mother House Hotel,” which we love because there’s absolutely something homey about its feel. The hotel is in a good location not far from popular attractions like the Louvre museum and Sacre Coeur. It’s also near plenty of restaurants but does have an in-hotel restaurant and coworking cafe for those who prefer to stay in.

Adèle & Jules

Located in the Grands Boulevards district, Adèle & Jules strikes the perfect balance between trendy and peaceful with its quaint and colorful rooms. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a quiet place that doesn’t require leaving the city.

La Lanterne

Literally, “the lantern” this hotel located in the city’s Latin Quarter is filled with antiques and offers a quiet charm that’ll have you wanting to curl up in its private garden with a good book. Guests are also free to relax in the hotel’s hammam spa and enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast.
