This bookstore in Bucharest, Romania, is one of the most beautiful in the world. The shelves are lined with books in several different languages and sculptures are often hung over the grand staircase. A cafe upstairs is the perfect place to grab a coffee and get to reading.

The Last Bookstore is a famous store in Los Angeles full of unique architectural elements including a tunnel made out of books. The store carries book genres of all kinds so everyone is sure to find something they’ll enjoy.

Atlantis is a tiny little shop tucked away in the streets of Santorini, Greece. They sell a variety of books in English as well as antique and first-edition copies of many classic works. If you’re lucky, you may even get to meet the owner’s dog, Billie Holiday.
