Fried and Fast Food

The all-time favorite french fries are a big no-no before traveling. The same applies to other fried food as well. Due to the oils, in which they are baked, you can feel heavy heartburns in your stomach. Red meat is another meal which isn’t pleasant for your body, it can cause you discomfort because it is hard to digest.

Garlic or Onions

Eating garlic can be very good for your immune system due to its antiseptic properties. However, garlic contains sulfuric compounds that are absorbed into your bloodstream and lugs, so you will exhale the garlic smell.

Alcohol and Coffee

Alcohol and coffee have dehydrating properties which could easily develop a headache or nausea.

Beans and Cruciferous Vegetables

Beans and cruciferous veggies can cause gas. So, if you don’t want to torture yourself, avoid eating broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. Apples, due to the fibers, are hard to digest, so it can cause bloating and gas as well.

Chewing Gum

Gum can help you with your breath, but keep in mind that while chewing, you let excess air to your body which can cause gas and bloating.
