Seating on a plane is one of the most talked about things when it comes to flying. This is because if you’re flying economy (like most people), then chances are you don’t have that much room to relax. This, of course, heavily depends on how big of a person you are, how claustrophobic you may be, and how big the person next to you is as well. But we think it’s pretty safe to assume that most of the time, you’re not in an ideal comfort scenario, especially for sleeping. So how do you solve this?

Find That Sweet Spot

Granted, when you’re in between two large people and the person in front of you has their seat pulled all the way back, the idea of a “sweet spot” seems like a straight up fantasy. But believe us when we say that it exists. You just have to believe in it.

Stick To It

You’ve moved around about a billion times, passive aggressively nudged your seat neighbor to move his darn knees onto his side, and finally, after moments of painful maneuvering, you’ve find something you might be able to convince yourself is a sweet spot.

This is your chance. Stick to this sweet spot like your life depends on it. Hold on to it, nurture it, and know deep in your soul that this “sweet spot” will deliver you to your long-awaited sleep. If you’ve done all of these things right, you’ll be dreaming in no time!
