Tourists wanting to travel through Italy by train will soon be able to do that luxuriously. A new railway service Orient Express La Dolce Vita will launch in 2024, offering a unique traveling experience that includes lavishly decorated train cars, high-end restaurants, first-class service, and much more.

La Dolce Vita is a revival of Orient Express trains, which operated throughout Europe between the 1880s and 1970s. They were the travel-choice of the European elite thanks to their meticulously designed glamorous interiors, gastronomic offerings, and comfortable cabins.

The new iteration of Orient Express plans to bring back this type of train travel with La Dolce Vita but in a modern way. Passengers will be able to choose between various itineraries that will help them discover different parts of Italy, including Rome, Sicily, Tuscany, Venice, and more.

Each trip will take several days to complete, with the focus being on the journey itself rather than the final destination. The train will make frequent stops at various locations, allowing passengers to explore different cities and regions along the way.

There will be various packages available, from a basic one that costs $7,200 per night to the price of $27,000 per night. The high prices haven’t discouraged travelers, as the company recently announced that enough people have made pre-reservations to fill up their availability for next year.
