See the Inside of the Great Pyramid of Giza

If you still haven’t seen it, below is the amazing 3-D documentary by BBC that shows the inside of the Great Pyramid of Giza. The incredible pyramid is the only Wonder of the Ancient World you can still see and that makes it a popular place for tourists. However, traveling to Egypt will only allow it to see it from the outside. The BBC’s 360° video gives you an opportunity to take a virtual walk through its many rooms and paths.

Giza pyramids complex, the day before the escape from Egypt 🏃‍♂️🇪🇬. . Escape from Egypt part 2 (part 1 in the previous post): . Arrived at 14 in the airport in Cairo we waited our turn at the check in desk (check in online not available), we were the next when the guy at the desk went away, we had many people after us so we had no rush. But 30min before the departure he wasn’t back yet so we tried to go just with the online ticket and our excess baggages. At passport control they didn’t let us go because we needed a paper from the check in desk, they sent us to another office, where they said we cannot go and the flight is missed, they will put us in the next flight available 😭. After an hour waiting they told us that there wasn’t any flight available with Emirates. So we started looking for flights again, there was a flight with another airline in 1.30h but it wasn’t bookable online, we ran to the ticket office and they said we can buy it! Passport and the data entered.. T: “it’s 850€ each”; Me: “ok I pay by card”; T: “no card, only cash”; Me 😳: “I go to withdraw, isn’t it late? It’s 1.10h to the departure”; T: “no, I’ll tell them to wait”. I ran to the atm but it was out of service so I asked to everyone and they all were sending me to that one, until a guy told me that in the next building there are more atms so I ran to the next building. I tried many entrance but they were staff entrance, just exit, etc..I begged to let me in at the staff entrance and finally I got in, 5atms there 🤩. 1st atm 2000EGP limit (117€), 2nd and 3rd same, 4th and 5th 4000/5000EGP. It was 45min to the departure and even if I get from all the atms (935€), which takes time, I could buy just one ticket. So I realized that we couldn’t get the flight and the possibility of getting stuck in Egypt was pretty high 😨. . Then I started to search again and found these flights in 8h to Vientiane through Abu Dhabi and Bangkok and made it to book them immediately 🥳. 3rd part, where the system refused my boarding pass in the next post 🙈. . . Have you never missed a flight? ✈️ . —————————- #greatpyramid #giza #gizapyramids #pyramids #egypt #egyptology #egyptphotography #egyptshots

“Travel to the heart of the Great Pyramid of Giza – the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World,” the video description reads. “Built over four and a half thousand years ago, the pyramid is the tomb of the Pharaoh Khufu. You can pass through the solid stone blocks that make up the Pyramid’s core to explore its hidden passages and chambers.”

Click play below to watch an exciting video of the pyramid’s inside – it’s unlike anything you’ve seen before. The video may inspire you to go and see the pyramids in Egypt in person if you’ve never done that.
