The largest market in Central Asia, which was built between the 15th and 16th centuries, is a fascinating architectural piece as well as one of the best places to breathe in the culture of the Uzbek capital.

The Pamir Highway is one of the most extreme roads on Earth. Its high elevation, reaching its peak at over 15,000 feet at Ak-Baital Pass, is not for novice drivers. The reward that it gives, however, is the best and most accessible view of the mountainous terrain that characterizes the country and unforgettable driving experience.
