You could consider Cabarceno as Spain’s largest and most impressive zoo, although it does not have the traditional structure of one. Here, over a hundred species of animals, many of which are endangered, live in semi-confined natural spaces where they are able to interact both with other animals and the ecosystem.
The park has animals such as elephants, brown bears, gorillas, and leopards that can be seen up close from parking areas where you leave your car and then walk on sidewalks to see the different animals on display.
It’s a great way to spend a day with your kids and with your family, getting a unique zoo experience that can’t be found in many other places.
Be sure to check out this fantastic attraction the next time you are in Spain with your kids, grandkids, nieces, or nephews!
