It’s quite often that you read travel articles advising you about places you should go to—but how about the opposite? Sometimes you travel to a place and learn that the positive aspects aren’t enough to outweigh the fact that it’s simply unbearable to be outdoors. Quite often this has to do with humidity, which is why we’ve compiled a list of the three most humid cities in the United States.
San Francisco, CA
Listen, San Francisco is still a beautiful city and we’d never say that you shouldn’t go there. Just be aware that it can get pretty humid over there, so it matters what season of the year you go. If you can get past the weather, though, you’ll have a great time.
New Orleans, LA
Another one of the most popular cities in the America is New Orleans. There’s a rich culture of music history in this colorful city, as well as a handful of other great perks. But alas, it’s also one of the most humid places you can be, so bear that in mind.
Daytona Beach, FL
We couldn’t compile a list of humid American cities without mentioning Florida. It’s incredibly humid in this neck of the woods, which people don’t always feel makes up for the city’s beauty. And yet, it remains one of the most popular cities in the country. If you’re at the beach. you probably won’t even notice the humidity.
