Things You Should Know Before Booking a Room at Party Hostel

Staying at a party hostel is a good way to meet a bunch of new people, save money and experience a new city like a local. Unfortunately, they’re not for everyone, and here’s a couple of things you should keep in mind before booking a room in one.

Restless Sleep

If you can’t fall asleep when it’s too noisy around you, dorms in party hostels are simply not for you. People will be coming and going in the middle of the night, disrupting your sleep on every turn, and there’s pretty much nothing you can do about it.

Lacking Comfort

Party hostels may be fun, but comfort and cleanliness usually aren’t their strongest suits. The majority of people staying here are just looking for a place to crash, so the owners of these hostels usually don’t invest too much in comfy beds and healthy breakfast.

Timing Issues

If you have limited time to explore a new city, staying at a party hostel may not be the best idea. Instead of getting a good night’s sleep and waking up early to explore top attractions, you’ll end up sleeping in because you’re too tired from partying and miss out on everything else.
