It’s important for everybody to take care of their health and travel with healthy snacks and water, but as a pregnant woman, it’s even more important to stay hydrated and keep your energy up. So don’t hesitate to fill your bag with trail mix and Cheerios. After all, you’ll be doing it plenty when you have your baby.
