Take Pillows

Pillows are an essential for riding in a car. Why? If you get sleepy, you can use them to rest your head on and take a nap. They are also extremely useful as a support for your lower back, which can begin to bother you if you spend a long time seated in one place.

Whenever you’re riding in a car, it’s likely you will spend hours upon hours in the same seated position. To keep your blood flowing, your muscles loose, and your body comfortable, it’s important to make stops to stretch and even stretch in the car if possible.
