これは今週のうちの常備菜というかおかずでございます。笑 新作もあったのでちょっとずつ味見してみました。 これ以外にデザートのぶどうゼリーまで作ってあるので好きなものを組み合わせて食べるだけ。笑 冷凍が効くもの、カレーやシチューなどは冷凍庫に。魚が安い時買って一夜干しにしてこれも冷凍庫に。 こうやって冷蔵庫が万全な体制をとってこそ安心できます。笑 ちなみに今週の献立は。 なます、南瓜チーズ香草焼き、ナス挟み揚げ、揚げ蓮根たらこ和え、胡瓜浅漬け、唐揚げ、イワシ明太きのこチーズ焼き、サツマイモサラダ、サツマイモケーキなどなど。 そして今晩のお供になるウイスキーはブルックラディのクラシックラディ。 とてもウイスキーの瓶には見えませんが。アイラモルトなのにノンピート。いや少しピーティーな気もしますが、穀物香。50度という程よい度数。いいですね。😊 이 사진의 음식들은 한주간 저희집에서 소비될 반찬들입니다. 대충 토요일과 일요일바에서 새벽에 걸쳐 만들어 놓는데요. 금요일까지 먹을 양을 식어도 맛있게끔 렌지에 돌려서 먹어도 금방 만든것 처럼 느껴지게끔 만드려 노력중입니다 ㅎㅎ 냉동고에는 냉동해도 전혀 문제없는 카레며 스튜 코로케등이 상시 들어 있습니다. 생선은 국내산이 저렴할때 사들여 소금에 절여 말린뒤에 냉동을 해두죠. ㅎ 그런 이번주 반찬메뉴는. 나마스,호박향초치즈구이,연근타라코무침,가지하사미아게,카라아게,고구마샐러드,오이절임,정어리버섯멘타이구이,브로콜리,고구마케익,디저트로 포도젤리등등. 이렇게 냉장고가 빵빵해야 힘이 납니다 ㅎ 음식을 다루고 만드는게 즐거워야 합니다. 누가 시켜서 아님 억지로 만들꺼면 안만드는게 정답. ㅎ 아무튼 반찬 맛을 봐가며 즐길 한잔은 브룩라디 클래식라디. 아일라몰트지만 논피트. 논피트라고 하지만 저에게는 살짝 피티한건 곡물향이 짙어서 그런걸까요 뭘까요 ㅎ 50도라는 어중간하지만 괜찮은 도수 ㅎ 병이 안에 얼마 들었는지 모르는 불투명이라 이게또 ㅎ #집밥#반찬#위스키#부룩라디#싱글몰트#아일라#おかず#シングルモルト#ブルックラディ#会席料理#日本料理#和食#割烹#食べ歩き#グルメ#카이세키#가이세키#일본요리#코스요리#오마카세#타베아루키#갓포#japanesefood#kaiseki#料理人#요리인#요리사#일식#서진교#ウイスキー
