Traveling provides an opportunity to get out of your comfort zone. As healthy as that is, it can also be to the detriment of other healthy practices, like your workout routine. Most hotels feature a gym these days, but just in case it’s too crowded to even perform a squat, here are three exercises you can perform in the comfort of your hotel room.

Tricep Dips

Most hotel rooms include a chair, which comes in handy for this. Place your hands on the edge of a chair with your fingertips facing toward you. Extend your legs in front of you and then lower and raise yourself by bending your elbows. Repeat 15 times.

Luggage Overhead Presses

Overpacked? Perfect! Fill your luggage, then stand with your feet hip-width apart and raise the luggage above your head. Bend your arms to bring the luggage closer to your head, bend your knees into a squat, and then straighten up while extending your arms to push the luggage towards the sky. Repeat 15 times.

Single Leg Lunges

You can use your hotel bed for this one. Stand in front of the bed and begin with your feet hip-width apart. Place one leg behind you on the bed and place your hands on your hips. Perform lunges by bending your front knee. Repeat 15 times on each side.
