The most logical reason why a listing doesn’t have any reviews yet is that it’s brand new. You can do a few things here to make sure the owner seems reliable: They may have reviews from the places they stayed at, and you can check how detailed the property description is. Also, see if there are plenty of photos, and if they seem real.
Lower Price
It’s not uncommon for listings with no reviews to be more affordable than similar listings in the area—and that’s one of their biggest selling point. However, make sure the price is not too good to be true, because that can mean something fishy is happening.
Have an Alternative
Only consider booking a listing like this when you’re sure you can find an alternative in case something goes wrong. You don’t want to be left without a place to stay in a city like Paris unless you’re willing to spend a lot of time and money on finding something else on the spot.
