Incheon is one of the biggest major South Korean cities near Seoul, and this alone makes it worth a visit. Beautiful public parks are one of the things that this bustling city is best known for, and here are three that offer a stunning green oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle.

Songdo Central Park

Inspired by New York City’s Central Park, Songo covers 101 acres in the heart of Incheon’s international business district. It offers a wide range of different attractions and activities, ranging from walking paths and modern sculptures to a man-made lake with water taxis.

Incheon Grand Park

Grand Park is one of the largest and most spectacular that Incheon has in store and it probably offers the most peaceful experience. In addition to the usual park facilities, you can also find a zoo and a botanical garden on its premises.

Freedom Park

If you enjoy beautifully landscaped parks with many tiny architectural marvels on their grounds, Freedom Park will be your cup of tea. Modern status and memorials are scattered all around it, and you’ll especially enjoy it if you visit it during cherry blossoms season.
