With one of the highest percentages of vegans of any country in the world, Israel’s capital, Tel Aviv, is a fantastic city to be a vegan in. With hundreds of vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants and a naturally vegan-friendly local cuisine, you won’t have any shortage of food options. ]]>Not only is everything at this pizza shop incredible, but most of the ingredients used are also organic and the dough used to make their wood-fired crust undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process to make it more easily digestible. You can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas, but we love the spinach and Greek varieties.
Another shop that uses organic ingredients as much as possible, Veganista is owned by two sisters with a passion for veganism and for ice cream. They have 12 locations around the city and offer 18 flavors every day. The blueberry lavender and matcha are our favorites.
Tian Bistro
If you’re looking for a more upscale dining experience while in Vienna, be sure to make a reservation at Tian Bistro. Come hungry and enjoy the chef’s tasting menu full of seasonal dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients.
