For the more adventurous visitors, however, you can opt to swim in Devil’s Pool or Angel’s Pool, depending on the season. If you want to go for a dip in the Devil’s Pool, then you need to time it with the seasons. Devil’s Pool is only accessible during the dry season, which lasts from May to November. If the rains have come, then Angel’s Pool will be accessible instead of the Devil’s Pool. 

Devil’s Pool is right at the front of Victoria Falls on the Zambian side. Visitors can take a guided tour and go for a dip. The capital of the province of British Columbia is also its southernmost city, and it’s known as the mildest winter city in the entire country. This will allow you to spend plenty of time exploring Victoria’s beautiful outdoor scenery, even when traveling there in winter. Explore the city’s Victorian architecture as well as its beautiful parks and botanical gardens—such as the stunning Beacon Hill Park.

You might have to wear a jacket, but rest assured this is as good as it gets in winter in Canada.
