The High Museum has a small admission fee and you can spend a whole day exploring all of the wings and sitting on the grounds. The museum neighbors Atlanta’s symphony orchestra venue which has a full calendar of contemporary and classical performances alike.
High Museum is constantly hosting artist lectures and performances. In addition to the museum’s stellar permanent collection there are hundreds of traveling exhibitions including an upcoming Yoyoi Kusama exhibition in 2018! Additionally, Richard Meier is the architect of the HIGH, also known for the Getty Museum in L.A., which makes the visit even more beautiful.
