The traveling mindset is a spontaneous one. It’s an attitude that’s both liberating and exciting. This kind of thinking commonly spreads to how we express ourselves, from the thoughts we share to the clothes we wear. However, if you’re looking to travel to a handful of countries you’ve never been to, you should probably do a little bit of research. There are some places where you should be very careful of the things you wear because they won’t take kindly to it.

Temples in Southeast Asia

Most countries is Southeast Asia are pretty cool with you wearing what you want as you roam the streets. But the second you walk into a temple, you’d better take off your shoes and perhaps cover yourself with something—because they take religion very seriously.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, an Arab city not far away from Dubai, is home to one of the world’s most beautiful mosques. If you’re visiting Dubai, you’re more than welcome to visit the mosque, as long as you dress appropriately.
