Everything on the menu is delicious and designed to be shared, and we especially recommend the fettuccini alfredo. HaHatul HaYarok as it’s known in Hebrew, meaning, “The Green Cat,” is an entirely vegan pizza restaurant located on Levontin St. Unlike other pizza places who often use pre-made soy-based cheese substitutes, this restaurant makes their own cheese daily out of cashews. So even in restaurants that aren’t specifically vegan, there are lots of options that are just vegetables. Tel Aviv has one of the highest vegan concentrations in the world, and its restaurants reflect this.
